20 years male presented with alleged history of work site injury. While working on machine  accidentally left hand little finger  got crushed at workplace  on 14.06.2018 at 02:05 pm near hosur

DIAGNOSIS
WORKSITE INJURY RESULTING IN CRUSH INJURY LEFT HAND WITH
1.     CLOSED DISPLACED FRACTURE  AT BASE OF MIDDLE PHALANX  LEVEL LITTLE FINGER
2.     FRICTION BURNS OVER VOLAR ASPECT OF MIDDLE PHALANX
