Out of sight

Some pictures from Drew tonight of some locos that tend to get neglected by modelers simply because they run across the center of the NIMT, which the S scale guys don't seem to model (as they don't have very large basements). The Ef class just seem to run and don't spend time at Hutt shops being rebuilt. I assume they are reliable locos ( If anyone can prove me wrong), and it appears that the painting specialists are at work all over the country. This is an interesting look at what the Dl class will probably look like (with a narrow hood of course).

Also, A shot of the last surviving 'Bumblebee' Dx 5166, reputed to be next in line for the Hutt shops treatment.

Finally, if you park your ride outside at night in a rough area, don't be surprised if you find it the next morning up on blocks with the wheels pinched
