1.         Examine the influence of 'Legal dogmatic for conducting the empirical legal research based on complexities associated with legal problem in contemporary societies.

2.         The principles of consent in ethical consideration is not only yardstick for evaluation the norms of ethical inputs rather creates a series of obligations to researcher. How do you see the consent and no harm principle to human participant in the empirical legal research?

3.         The way data in research is perceived and defined is largely based on interest and philosophy of numerical science employed in legal discipline. Define data with specific attributes of it in legal research with proper illustrations.
