INGREDIENTS:
dough:
- 3 eggs
- 3 ts. sugar
- 1 ts. baking powder
- 2-3 tbs. cappuccino powder
- 1 tbs. cacao powder
- 1 ts. vanilla extract
- 4 tbs. flour
filling:
- 500 ml. milk
- 2 bags chocolate pudding
- 100 gr. sugar
- 1 bag vanilla cream powder
- 200 ml. milk
extras:
- 100 gr. bitter chocolate
- 5-6 tbs. caramelized Aronia (or any caramelized fruits)
- Mix the sugar and the eggs with electrical mixer.
- Then add in the cappuccino and cacao powder, the vanilla extract, the flour and the baking powder.
- Mix all the ingredients well. Than pour all in a nonstick pan and bake for 15 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.
- Meanwhile boil the milk and add in the pudding powder, mix well and let cool.
- Spread the filling on top of the cooled dough.
- Mix the vanilla cream powder with the milk, and then add this cream on top of filling.
- Decorate the cake with some melted chocolate.
- Serve each plate with a ts. of caramelized Aronia on top.
