Лесна торта... Light cake


INGREDIENTS:

dough:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ts. sugar
  • 1 ts. baking powder 
  • 2-3 tbs. cappuccino powder
  • 1 tbs. cacao powder
  • 1 ts. vanilla extract 
  • 4 tbs. flour
filling:
  • 500 ml. milk
  • 2 bags chocolate pudding
  • 100 gr. sugar
cream:
  • 1 bag vanilla cream powder
  • 200 ml. milk
extras:
  • 100 gr. bitter chocolate
  • 5-6 tbs. caramelized Aronia (or any caramelized fruits)
  1. Mix the sugar and the eggs with electrical mixer. 
  2. Then add in the cappuccino and cacao powder, the vanilla extract, the flour and the baking powder.  
  3. Mix all the ingredients well. Than pour all in a nonstick pan and bake for 15 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius. 
  4. Meanwhile boil the milk and add in the pudding powder, mix well and let cool.
  5. Spread the filling on top of the cooled dough.  
  6. Mix the vanilla cream powder with the milk, and then add this cream on top of filling.
  7. Decorate the cake with some melted chocolate.
  8. Serve each plate with a ts. of caramelized Aronia on top.
