New Year's Eve Tablescape

Happy New Year!
The years seem to fly by faster and faster and now we are even starting a new decade.  I'm looking forward to all that 2020 has to offer.   Of course, I had to design a table that ushers in the new decade in style and I hope you enjoy seeing the details.

I went with a frosty look which would also work well for a festive winter tablescape.

Cylinder vases were filled with little disco ball ornaments and topped with a decoration that reminds me of fireworks.

The vases were interspersed along a frosty sage green coloured garland.

Larger disco ball ornaments were tucked in the garland.

I also wove a strand of fairy lights in the garland to add a bit more sparkle at night.

The garland was set on a silver snowflake embellished table runner.

The place settings were done in silver and white.

I attached a disco ball ornament to a snowflake napkin ring to add some New Year's bling.

I did a bow-tie style napkin fold but turned it sideways for a different look.

Stainless steel flatware went perfectly with the colour scheme.

I filled little spice jars with coordinating greenery and silver berries and these hold the placecards.

A wine glass and a champagne flute stand ready for the festivities.

Did you stay home or go out for New Year's Eve?  We did a bit of both with Mr Delight preparing a yummy steak and crab dinner and then we went out with friends.

Wishing you all the best in 2020!

Thanks for visiting!
